• Maximum loan of $10,000 for first-time homebuyers seeking down payment assistance in Washington


• 10-year deferred loan with 5% interest

• Maximum loan of $15,000 for buyers with a disability or who have a disabled family member living with them


• 1% interest rate for first-time homebuyers who qualify to receive Washington down payment assistance


• Payable upon payoff of first mortgage, sale of property, transfer of title or after 30 years

To qualify for down payment assistance in Washington, buyers are required to attend a Commission-sponsored homebuyer seminar.
