Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)
- Maximum interest-free loan of $50,000 available for those who qualify for Oregon down payment assistance
- Total Household Income cannot exceed 120% of the Area Median Income
- Buyer must contribute a minimum of 1% of the purchase price
Home Buyer's Education
To qualify for down payment assistance in Oregon, buyers are required to complete an OHCS-approved 8-hour homebuyer training class (“The ABC’s of Homebuying” or “Realizing the American Dream”).
