- Down Payment Assistance
- Maximum loan of $20,000
- Funds may be used with 50% matching funds for down payment and/or 100% of closing costs
- Total Household Income cannot exceed 80% of the Area Median Income
- Approved for use with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, RD or VA first mortgages
- City of Bremerton is excluded

- Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP)
- Maximum interest-free loan of $5,000
- Total Household Income cannot exceed 80% if the Area Median Income
- Buyer must contribute a minimum of $1,000 toward required down payment
- Approved for use with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, RD or VA first mortgages
- Maximum interest-free loan of $10,000
- 30-year deferred payment. After the 30-year period or payoff of the first mortgage, the loan balance is amortized and paid annually over a 10-year period
- Buyer must contribute a minimum of $1,000 toward down payment
- Approved for use with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, RD or VA first mortgages
- To qualify for down payment assistance in Washington, buyers are required to complete a first time homebuyer education class.

- Approved for use with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, RD or VA first mortgages
- Maximum loan of $39,600 for individuals with a developmental disability or families with a child who has a developmental disability living at home
- Total Household Income cannot exceed 80% of the Area Median Income
Coalition for Developmental Disabilities (PC2)

- Share Individual Development Account (IDA)
- Maximum assistance of $6,000
- Savings program that is matched 2:1 by the Clark County Department of Community Service for use toward down payment and closing costs
- Over a period ranging from 6 months to 2-years, participants will make monthly deposits to complete the program
- Approved for use with Conventional and FHA first mortgages
- To qualify for Washington down payment assistance, buyers are required to complete a 10-hour financial education program.
