Meet Our Team

My name is Lance Zanti and I’m your Reverse Mortgages Director here at Meridian Home Mortgage Corporation.

I was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1973. I recently moved back to the Baltimore-Catonsville area after having lived in Washington DC for the past 10 years. I love the fact that I’m back in the Baltimore area where I grew up. The best man in my wedding lives one block away, and I’m surrounded by many other friends that I grew up with. My family is much closer in proximity as well.

I have one brother and one sister. I also have a daughter who is currently 9 months old, Catherine Anne. My hobbies include snowboarding, movies, reading, and hanging out at the beach. I spend as much time as I can with my beautiful wife and daughter. It doesn’t matter what I’m doing as long as I’m around them.

I worked as a Loan Officer for a total of 7 years, including a time with the largest mortgage company in Maryland from 2003 – 2005 prior to joining the professional team here at Meridian. I’m very good under pressure and actually strive in a challenging environment. I also have a very good memory and can remember almost any loan that I work on.

As Reverse Mortgages Director at Meridian Home Mortgage Corporation, I love the constant challenge of successfully managing the rates and locks of the entire Meridian loan pipeline. My main goal is that 100% of our clients get the best rate and terms that are available to them in the marketplace. I look forward to helping you get your best mortgage deal!
