Regular Down Payment Assistance Program (DAP)
- Maximum loan of $4,000 in $100 increments for those who qualify to receive down payment assistance in Kentucky
- 7-year loan with 6% interest
- Maximum allowable purchase price of $243,000
- Available to first time homebuyers in non-targeted counties and first and second-time homebuyers in targeted counties
HOME DAP
- Maximum loan of $4,500 for those who qualify to receive down payment assistance in Kentucky
- Forgiven over 5 years and no monthly payments
- Maximum allowable purchase price of $195,700 (existing homes only)
HOME Special Program
- Maximum loan of $10,000 for households that include a member with a disability that receives disability income, or one of the buyers is over 62
- Forgiven over 5 years and no monthly payments
- Maximum allowable purchase price of $195,700 (existing homes only)
Home Family Program
- Maximum loan of $10,000 for first time homebuyers with at least one dependent child under 18 living in the home
- Forgiven over 5 years and no monthly payments
- Maximum allowable purchase price of $195,700 (existing homes only)
