• Then, we review all of your mortgage loan options with you
  
• We provide you with a Good Faith Estimate and a detailed loan breakdown for each of your options
  
• Once you agree to loan terms, we verify your qualifying information (income, assets, etc.) and issue a Pre-Approval
  
• We provide you with an official Pre-Approval Letter

• After you find a home and sign a purchase contract, we will send you the mortgage loan application and disclosures that need to be signed and returned
  
• At this point we will request any other verification information needed (letters of explanation, employer phone numbers, etc.)
  
• Once we receive your signed disclosures, we order the appraisal
  
• The appraisal is paid by you, directly to a third party Appraisal Management Company (AMC)

• Once we receive the completed appraisal, we review it and send you a copy
  
• Then, we lock in your rate
