Meet Our Team

My name is Drew McHale and I am a member of the Pipeline Team here at Meridian Home Mortgage.

I was born in Baltimore, MD and have lived throughout the state my entire life. I am one of four children. I am very proud of my brother and both of my sisters.

I credit my father and mother for my work ethic. My Dad worked for the federal government for forty-one years and my Mom worked as a Dress Maker, specializing in wedding gowns and prom dresses.

I have two wonderful sons. Ryan is six and Michael is four years old. They both live for fast cars and trucks and hope Spiderman continues to protect the universe for ages to come. I have two nieces, Fiona and Eliza and a super-cool nephew, Patrick. Fiona loves the new baby elephant (Samson) we have at the Baltimore Zoo.

Throughout my twelve-year career in mortgage banking, I have managed the underwriting process on behalf of hundreds of borrowers, helping each to understand their closing documents and feel more comfortable. I realize that for some, refinancing a mortgage is a big deal and it also involves a lot of paperwork, a home appraisal and occassionally a challenge or two. My job is to help each customer every step of the way and manage their application on to a successful closing. I am experienced in working on behalf of our borrowers with loan underwriters to make certain the process goes smoothly for everyone.
