Dave Rafter - Finance Department
My name is Dave Rafter and I work in the Finance Department here at Meridian Home Mortgage.
I was born in San Angelo, Texas. My father was a Chinese linguist for the Navy. So, I was a military brat who moved a lot.
I lived in Texas, Okinawa, and Guam before my family moved to Maryland when I was in grade school. I currently live in Towson, Maryland (where I am a proud Orioles and Ravens fan)
I enjoy traveling. In the winter of 2003, I met my wife Andrea while visiting Buzios, Brazil. We have a beautiful daughter together.
I look forward to each day hoping to make a difference in someone’s life in any way I can.
I’ve taken pride in working with reputable FDIC banks and responsible mortgage lenders throughout my twelve-year mortgage career.
As a member of the Finance Department I am able to help people from all walks of life take control of their debt or purchase a new home.
I am also proud to be a regular contributor to our ever-growing website. Writing blogs providing content gives me the opportunity to educate visitors and promote our company's honest approach to lending.
