Meet Our Team
Brad Preisinger- Finance Director
Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Brad Preisinger and I am your Finance Director here at Meridian Home Mortgage.
I was born and raised in Maryland. I love it here. I currently live right outside of Baltimore in Catonsville. I am the youngest of four children, with two older sisters and one older brother, plus lots of nieces and nephews.
I like seeing people save money, get out of debt, and ultimately accomplish their financial goals.
Before coming to Meridian Home Mortgage I was a full-time student majoring in Sociology and Psychology at UMBC here in Maryland. I played fours years of Division I lacrosse while a student at UMBC. I still play lacrosse in local leagues and I tend to travel occasionally for summer tournaments.
In college, I was introduced to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and became involved with the lacrosse ministry, www.fcalax.org.
After college I began my career in the mortgage industry. I was a Loan Officer in the mortgage business for 5 years prior to being promoted to Finance Director. I am extremely detail oriented and have always been strong in math and finance, prerequisites needed in the mortgage business.
As a Finance Director, my job is to organize all appropriate financing options for you based on your individual objectives. In addition, I am responsible for reviewing your loan application and evaluating the main factors that qualify you for a loan such as income, credit, equity and assets. Everybody’s situation is different but our goal is always the same: low rates and low payments!
I like seeing people save money, get out of debt, and ultimately accomplish their financial goals. Being a part of the process is a great feeling. I strive to accommodate each individual client’s needs and build a long-lasting relationship.
